“and the day came
when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful
than the risk it took to blossom.
life is a process of becoming,
a combination of states we have to go [and grow] through.”

Our bodies carry an incredible capacity for wisdom, healing, connection, and vitality.
My work with individuals and couples is rooted in a whole-person, whole-body approach to well-being—one that recognizes that our physical, emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual lives are deeply interconnected.
I support people in slowing down, turning inward, and developing a deeper understanding of their inner experiences and their relationship to themselves, others, and the world around them.
My approach is non-clinical, non-pathologizing, and deeply rooted in the belief that each person carries an inherent capacity for healing, growth, connection, creativity, vitality, and well-being.
Rather than talking through what seems wrong or broken, we explore the deeper root causes and wisdom of the habits, patterns, beliefs, cycles, and symptoms that keep you feeling helpless or hopeless. From a place a deeper understanding we begin to reconnect with the resources, resilience, and vitality that already live within you so you can begin to make meaningful change, heal, grow, and thrive - in your body, relationships, and life.
No matter who you are, where you come from, what you’ve gone through… you deserve to live and love more fully and freely.
